10/04/21: Hey drummers, welcome to October! This week I added two additional drum set exercises — 5 total! These are rooted in single-handed 16 notes on the hi-hat. That means you will play the hi-hats with one hand while keeping your other hand on the snare drum. Notice that there are no accented notes on the snare drum, so play those with even velocity. As for the kick drum, I kept it simple — just 1 & 3 so you can focus on your hands. All of the exercises can be loaded up in the Groove Scribe online.
